After extended production delays following the new year, our team is waiting for stock delivery from overseas manufacturers to the U.S. where we are based.  Once arrived,  we will proceed with processing and shipping all delayed orders by order number.

If your 'Loft Warmers' order is delayed beyond the 8 week pre-order production time, you're eligible for a full refund upon request. If you would like to proceed with your order, you're eligible for store credit or a free in stock item in addition to your order.

We're doing our best to recover any missing orders and fulfill them upon our knowledge. Our team is undergoing many changes since the new year including new management. Unfortunately following the holidays we've had to pause normal business operation/production due to medical leave of absence followed by recovery.  Our team is working with diligence proceed with normal business operation however we understand if there are any concerns in regards to the extensive pre-order delays.

If you have not been refunded nor have disputed your order with your bank, you're able to proceed with the shipment and production of your order. Please notify our team so that we're aware of your missing order in the case that you plan to proceed.  If you would like to cancel your order due to delays, please contact our team via email with your order number so that your refund can be processed upon notice as soon as possible.

This item is a standard made to order item which takes approximately 2-4 weeks to be handmade. If you have received shipping confirmation, your order is being prepared to ship. If you haven't received shipment/tracking confirmation, you should receive the confirmation email between 6/2-6/7.
